UNB Receives Dubai Chamber CSR Label 2017

Union National Bank has been conferred with the Dubai Chamber CSR Label for the third consecutive year.

The CSR Label recognition was received by Mr. Ali Khaled Alhashmi, Senior Vice President & Head of Human Resources & Centre of Excellence Group from UNB from H.E. Majid Saif Al Ghurair the Chairman of Dubai Chamber in an impressive ceremony held at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry headquarters on 15th March 2018.

Speaking on the occasion Mr. Ali Khaled Alhashmi, Senior Vice President & Head of Human Resources & Centre of Excellence Group at UNB commented: that the attainment of Dubai Chamber CSR Label demonstrates UNB’s commitment to the community as well as Sustainability impacting all its stakeholders in the spirit of the Bank that Cares.

The Dubai Chamber CSR Label is a framework which defines an organization’s CSR strategy, policies and management practices. Achieving the ‘CSR Label’ implies that UNB meets the requirements of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability across four impact areas namely Workplace, Marketplace, Community and Environment.
