The Second Edition Of Voices Of AI – The UAE-France Business Forum, Brought Together 200 Industry Leaders To Advance Artificial Intelligence Collaboration

The second edition of Voices of AI concluded successfully in Abu Dhabi, bringing together nearly 200 participants from across the UAE and France. The forum welcomed policymakers, researchers, investors, entrepreneurs and technology leaders for a day of high-level discussions on the future of artificial intelligence and its transformative impact across economies and societies.

Jointly organised by CCI France UAE with knowledge partner Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi and in collaboration with key ecosystem stakeholders including Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI), Team France Export: Business France, Bpifrance, French Embassy Regional Economic Department, La French Tech Abu Dhabi-Dubai and French Foreign Trade Advisors, the forum reaffirmed its position as a leading platform connecting the French and Emirati AI ecosystems.

The event was attended by distinguished guests including H.E. Marie Audouard Ambassador of France to the UAE and H.E. Ali M. Al Marzooqi, Director General of Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI), alongside a video address from H.E. Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti, Head of Cyber Security for the UAE Government —who participated remotely due to official commitments— reflecting the growing strategic importance of AI cooperation between the UAE and France.

Throughout the day, experts explored topics ranging from sovereign AI and digital infrastructure to healthcare, retail and digital humanities. Discussions highlighted the growing need for secure and sovereign data ecosystems to enable trusted AI deployment across critical sectors, while also underscoring the importance of investing in energy-efficient infrastructure and advanced computing capabilities to meet the accelerating demands of the AI economy. Speakers further emphasized the transformative role of predictive analytics in healthcare, cultural digital humanities, and personalized data strategies across consumer industries.

One of the major highlights of the forum was the signing strategic Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and partnership agreements. The MoU signed between Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry and CCI France UAE will strengthen business ties between Abu Dhabi and France by facilitating market access, B2B connections, investment opportunities and joint sectoral initiatives, while supporting innovation and digital transformation. The partnership between CCI France UAE and Adopt AI will further connect the French and Emirati AI ecosystems by linking Voices of AI in Abu Dhabi with Adopt AI in Paris and extending the collaboration beyond the Forum.
