The International Property Show Drives Dubai’s Real Estate Sector With The Dubai Property Festival

The International Property Show (IPS), the Middle East’s biggest property sales platform for local and international real estate markets, is driving Dubai’s real estate sector with the launch of the Dubai Property Festival, which has been launched in cooperation with Dubai Land Department (DLD). The festival will feature a series of exclusive offers on Dubai properties and run throughout IPS 2018, which will take place from 9th to 11th April at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Walid Farghal, Director General of IPS commented: “According to the latest figures from DLD, Dubai’s real estate sector is on a promising upward trajectory, and our aim is to support this trend and lend it extra momentum with the International Property Show. Part of our new and improved programme for 2018 is the Dubai Property Festival, which will enhance IPS’ role in driving sustainable growth in the sector by providing an ideal platform for investors and home buyers to find their dream property, and for exhibitors to showcase and sell their commercial and residential projects. IPS is a win-win situation for the entire real estate community and we are confident that it will add significant value to the Emirate’s real estate sector by attracting a fresh wave of new investors to Dubai.”

At the Dubai Property Festival, the real estate community will gather in one place to network and find the very best investment opportunities in Dubai’s property market. Alongside exclusive discounts and promotions from UAE developers, the festival also features a Brokers’ Village, an Investor Lounge, a property auction, workshops and training sessions, and investor roundtables with some of the region’s leading real estate experts. The festival is expected to provide Dubai’s real estate sector with a significant boost as IPS is the region’s only transactional property platform that allows real-time sales to take place on site.
