Seven Media Win The Double At PRCA Awards

The case of a missing gorilla in Dubai helped propel a home-grown UAE PR agency to winning
two major honours at the Middle East PRCA awards.

Seven Media landed the award for ‘Digital Campaign of the Year’ for the story of Gorgeous
George – a life-size plastic gorilla that went missing from the famous Barasti Bar.

The story went virial and was followed by more than a million people over the course of two
days, from the first official missing report to his safe return.

At the PRCA ceremony Seven were recognised in the greatest accolade of the night, winning
‘Agency of the Year’ for the second year running.
