Pure Gold Jewellers won the coveted 2018 Dubai Service Excellence Scheme Award in the ‘Best Service Performance Brand’ category, for demonstrating excellence and providing customers outstanding service in the UAE.

Established in 2002, Dubai Service Excellence Scheme (DSES) award is an initiative of the Department of Economic Development to promote excellence in customer service standards in the private sector and recognise businesses that provide exceptional service to their customers.

The only retailer to win in the jewellery business category, Pure Gold Jewellers is setting the benchmark for industry service excellence in the Middle East and Asia since 2007.In the past, Pure Gold Jewellers has been acknowledged the ‘Best Service Performance Brand’ by the DSES Award on six different occasions, underlining its commitment to offering distinguished services and great overall experience to its clientele.
