Majid Al Futtaim, the leading shopping mall, communities, retail and leisure pioneer across the Middle East, Africa and Asia, today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the United Nations Environment Programme to collaborate in areas that will advance sustainable development initiatives and positively impact the environment.

The partnership concentrates on much-needed efforts to ensure a sustainable future by focusing on developing, implementing and monitoring collaborative activities in several areas including resource and energy efficiency, green building and construction, food waste, sustainability reporting and sustainable development.
