LIVEX 2026 Mobilises Abu Dhabi Partners
LIVEX has announced more than 30 market -leading organisations as partners of LIVEX 2026, Abu Dhabi’s Liveability and Investment Exhibition, bringing together key players at the forefront of shaping and delivering liveability across the emirate.
Taking place from 29 September to 1 October 2026 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, LIVEX is an Abu Dhabi government-led exhibition powered by the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), bringing together key private sector players who are contributing to Abu Dhabi’s liveability and investment future. It will showcase how government, investors, developers, and strategic partners are working together to deliver the infrastructure, mobility and services that underpin quality of life and long-term economic growth across all communities in the emirate.

The collaboration reflects the scale of investment and public-private partnerships (PPP) supporting Abu Dhabi’s liveability agenda. Abu Dhabi’s AED 200 billion infrastructure portfolio, aimed at boosting long-term liveability, is delivered by working directly with private sector partners through a dedicated PPP programme or direct procurement. This includes a dedicated PPP worth AED 55 billion between 2026 and 2027, spanning 24 developments across the emirate, including social infrastructure covering schools, universities, community assets and specialist healthcare facilities.
These partnerships sit alongside DMT’s wider mandate to integrate liveability into the planning and development of Abu Dhabi’s communities. Major master plans are assessed against liveability considerations including walkability, accessibility and public space, embedding quality of place into the emirate’s approach to urban planning and development.

Why the partner line-up looks the way it does
The entities joining LIVEX represent a critical component of the ecosystem supporting Abu Dhabi’s continued growth advancing major residential, commercial and mixed-use destinations across the emirate; Aldar, Presenting Partner, with AED 100 billion Marsa Al Saadiyat masterpiece, Modon, Founding Partner, with Hudayriyat Golf Estates, which generated more than AED 13 billion in sales in one day, leading the way.
As the Destination Living Partner, ICTReD brings its perspective on destination living to a global platform exploring the future of liveability. Through landmark developments such as Yas Canal and Luluat Al Raha, ICTReD is shaping integrated communities where lifestyle, connection and belonging come together, adding to the evolving fabric of life in Abu Dhabi.
OMNIYAT, Principal Partner, brings its distinctive philosophy of design and elevated living to LIVEX, with Abu Dhabi representing a strategic market for them.
Investment and infrastructure are equally central to Abu Dhabi’s liveability ambitions. Mubadala, Investor Partner, saw its assets under management grow by 17% in 2025 to approximately USD 385 billion, underscoring its scale as a global sovereign investor and its role in supporting Abu Dhabi’s long-term economic development.
Transport and connectivity are key to strengthening the links between Abu Dhabi’s communities, the wider region and the world. Etihad Airways, as Global Airline Partner, operates more than 300 daily flights from Abu Dhabi, while Etihad Rail, as Mobility Partner, is set to officially launch passenger services on 30 September, marking an important milestone for the UAE’s national rail network. Advanced Technology Research Council and Parsons support the infrastructure and engineering capabilities that underpin the emirate’s connected, high-performing urban environment.
Alongside the private-sector partners, LIVEX 2026 reflects a whole-of-government platform, spanning DMT, the Department of Culture and Tourism, Department of Energy, Department of Community Development and Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge. Other participating entities include the Department of Economic Development and its economic enabler Abu Dhabi Investment Office, Department of Health, Department of Government Enablement and Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre, a DMT affiliate. These entities shape every dimension of liveability, from culture and education to energy, investment, real estate and digital government.
Together, these public and private sector partners will demonstrate how Abu Dhabi orchestrates an integrated government ecosystem to plan, build and manage a city around the needs of its people.
Throughout the three-day exhibition, LIVEX 2026 will also provide a platform for new partnerships and agreements, with further announcements expected to be unveiled during the event.
