Dubai-Operated Behnoode Foundation To Launch Art Exhibition In Tehran This Month

Dubai-operated Behnoode Foundation set to open an art exhibition in Tehran on Sunday, March 21, 2021 as part of its on-going effort to raise funds and awareness to build a school for out-of-school-youths in Nepal.

The exhibition will be opened in lieu of the celebration of Nowruz or the Iranian New Year wherein 16 top and influential Middle Eastern visual artists from Iran will show their masterpieces through a special group art exhibition curated by top fashion designer and philanthropist Behnood Javaherpour in partnership with award-winning artist Mahmoud Obaidi and will be held at Hannah Boutique Hotel in Tehran from 21st March – 2nd April and will be open for public viewing daily from 11 AM – 5 PM.

“This is a historic moment for our foundation. To gather the biggest names in the art industry and join me and all my partners for one incredible cause – to help the children in Nepal build their own school. This has been a passion project for me since 2015 and I told myself that I will do everything to make their dream school happen before the end of this year.” said Behnood Javaherpour, Founder or Behnoode Foundation and Creative Director of Dubai-based luxury fashion brand BEHNOODE.

This is the first time for all 16 Middle Eastern artists to come together in one event showcasing their latest and iconic art pieces highlighting several messages such as peace and unity, politics and economy, hate and love, social injustices, and other pressing issues of the world and the society.
