Diverse Participation In Exhibition Of MENA Transport Congress 2018

The Exhibition accompanying MENA Transport Congress (23-25 April 2018) attracted diverse participation of public, semi-public and private entities descending in Dubai from all parts of the globe.

Numerous companies & organisations from the UAE, MENA, Europe, USA, Australia, Canada, China, India, Japan, S. Korea, Russia, Netherland and other advanced countries participated in the event with advanced technologies, smart apps, and driverless mobility pods. Exhibitors included firms specialized in the infrastructure, road engineering and other solutions, products and important technologies in this field.

Participants included Moscow Transport Company, Russia which manages public transport services comprising the metro, public buses, taxis and other mass transit modes in the Russian capital. Roman Latypor, First Deputy CEO for Strategy and Client Service, Moscow Transport, and Ganid Butator, First Deputy Head of Transport and Road Infrastructure Department, Moscow Transport, expressed their delight for participating in this important regional exhibition and set one of the largest pavilions in the Exhibition.

Robert Lahmann, 2get there company, the Netherlands, a specialist in manufacturing driverless transport pods, was very pleased to participate in this important regional event, which is held at a time when the region in general, particularly the UAE, is witnessing rapid developments, especially in the field of self-driving transport. They noted that Dubai has now become in the forefront of this field as it is known for innovation, excellence and leadership.

From Germany, KVB Next Bike Company, a specialist in the manufacturing of high quality bicycles, is taking part. “We are proud to be part of this important regional event, which is witnessing a diversity of participants in both the Congress and the accompanying exhibition,” said Kristian Brink, KVB Next Bike.
