Celebrity Chef David Myers To Launch Bleu Blanc Chef’s Table During This Year’s Dubai Food Festival

Internationally-acclaimed celebrity chef and restaurateur David Myers will take part in this year’s Dubai Food Festival offering interviews, cooking demonstrations and masterclasses as part of the festival’s Beach Canteen, as well as an exclusive Chef’s Table experience at his French farmhouse-inspired restaurant Bleu Blanc in the Renaissance Downtown Hotel, Dubai.

David Myers, known worldwide as the ‘Gypsy Chef,’ recently opened three signature concepts in Dubai, BASTA! which fuses the food and feel of a Roman trattoria, Florentine steakhouse and Neapolitan pizzeria; Bleu Blanc, a southern French farmhouse-inspired restaurant of David’s dreams; and Poppy, an intimate cocktail bar that fuses live vinyl DJ sets with a drinks menu curated by cocktail guru Sam Ross.

At this year’s Dubai Food Fest, which runs from February 22 to March 10, Esquire Middle East’s ‘Chef of the Year’, David Myers, will offer a bespoke dining experience as he launches the ‘Chef’s Table’ in Bleu Blanc. During the three-day launch, David will regale an exclusive number of diners with tales from his travels, while serving some of Bleu Blanc’s most iconic dishes from the restaurant’s open grill.

In addition, the Beach Canteen will see Chef David Myers take to the stage to give live cooking demonstrations and answer visitors’ questions at one of Dubai Food Festival’s most popular events on February 23.
