Celebrated Chef Tristan De Boer From Michelin-Starred Restaurant ‘The White Room’ Comes To Anantara Hotels In Oman
Savour the refined flavours of renowned Amsterdam restaurant ‘The White Room’ by Jacob Jan Boerma when Chef Tristan de Boer comes to Oman in April and May 2023. Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort and Al Baleed Resort Salalah by Anantara have collaborated with Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky-Amsterdam to bring another successful culinary experience to Oman.
‘The White Room’ has an incredible history that stretches back to 1885, making it one of the oldest restaurants in Amsterdam. The acclaimed Chef Tristan de Boer, who heads up the kitchen of this Michelin-starred restaurant, will demonstrate his unique talents over gala dinners and workshops at both of Oman’s Anantara resorts. He will be accompanied by Maître d’ Bram Hommes who will lead the service for these unforgettable events.
Scintillating Dining Moments at Anantara Hotels in Oman
At Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort, diners will enjoy the pleasure of Chef Tristan’s creations on 27 and 28 April 2023. A carefully curated menu will be on offer from 7.00 pm – 10.00 pm each evening at Al Qalaa restaurant. Dinner is priced at OMR 35 per person including one glass of bubbly.
The talented chef will host two dinners at Al Baleed Salalah Resort by Anantara on 30 April and 1 May 2023. Guests can enjoy five courses of fresh seasonal ingredients prepared with Chef Tristan’s individual flair and served in the stunning surroundings of Mekong. These menus are priced at OMR 35 per person including a glass of bubbly, available from 6.30 pm – 10.30 pm on both evenings. Guests can also join Chef Tristan at Sakalan at 12.00 noon on 1 May to learn the techniques that have helped him create his delectable dishes. Discover how he blends influences from Japan, China, Indonesia and Surinam with recipes from his home country, The Netherlands. This workshop is priced at OMR 15 per person.
