Carlton Hotels & Suites Reveals Major Expansion Plans At ATM 2018

Carlton Hotels & Suites, one of Dubai’s strategically located business and leisure hotels, have unveiled exciting growth plans during Arabian Travel Market 2018, a leading global event which is beneficial to the inbound and outbound travel industry. Across the industry, ATM is considered as one of the most crucial events, which provides an elevated platform for participants to display their products and services, effectively.

Carlton Hotels and Suites have been known for undertaking a unique approach towards the hospitality industry, which clearly reflects across its three properties, thus differentiating the brand from the rest. As part of the growth plan, Carlton Hotels & Suites is expected to launch a newly acquired property, in the last quarter of 2019. Planned to be an all-suites hotel, the property will be located in the bustling area of Dubai Creek and will offer exceptional services to its guests.  Carlton Hotels and Suites also owns Villa Rotana, Marriott Executive Apartments, and Four Points Sheraton Deira and are currently planning to acquire properties in Germany and Spain.

Dubai’s dynamic hospitality sector is gearing up to host more than 20 million visitors during World Expo 2020. At present, there are over 29,000 hotel rooms in development across 95 hotels in Dubai with hotel room supply in Dubai set to reach 132,000 hotel rooms by 2019.  Setting itself to be at par with Dubai’s Tourism Vision 2020, Carlton Hotels & Suites plans to acquire additional two or more hotels within the city itself and hopes to have a total of 1600 rooms to accommodate visitors visiting the city.
