Arabian Adventures Delivers Smooth Travel And Event Experiences For Over 9,000 Participants Of Amway’s Largest International Leadership Gathering

Arabian Adventures MIE has delivered smooth travel and event experiences for the over 9,000 participants of Amway’s landmark event, the RISE Amway Dubai 2019 Annual Leadership Seminar (ALS), which took place at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).

The destination management company’s customer-oriented team managed ground transportation and organized dedicated tours and activities for Amway Business Owners (ABOs) of 11 countries, ensuring their efficient movement across Dubai and helping them explore the city’s many leisure offerings and rich cultural heritage.

The leadership seminar recognized and awarded achievements of ABOs in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region over the past year. The one-day business conference allowed participants to meet motivational speakers and network with like-minded entrepreneurs. Welcoming Amway’s top management, the event has become the largest gathering of international leaders in the company’s 60 years of history.

Arabian Adventures team worked closely with the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), as well as several local authorities, including Dubai Police and Road Transport Authority (RTA), to ensure the smooth arrival and departure of the sizeable group, with more than 3,000 people on the move at any one time.

On the day of the event, 260 luxury coaches traveled more than 10,570 kilometers, providing seamless guest transfers to and from DWTC from 14 hotels across Dubai. In total, an operations team of 400 staff, including transport managers, traffic marshals, drivers and volunteers, clocked a total of 4,665 man-hours over 145 days, professionally ensuring the safe planning and swift transport of the group.
