As the Middle East Council of Shopping Centre\u2019s celebrates 25 years in the region, to mark this special milestone, MECSC will be launching the \u201cSouks to Malls\u201d<\/em><\/strong> a limited edition coffee table book highlighting the retail entertainment in the Gulf. This coffee table book will be launched on Sunday October 28, 2018, at the RECon MENA 2018 Cocktail Reception which kick starts the largest retail conference in the region.<\/p>\n

David Macadam, CEO, MECSC says<\/strong>,\u00a0 \u201cSouks to Malls\u201d is a pictorial chronicle of retail entertainment adopted by retailers and malls in the face of a changing economy of the millennia. This coffee table book is to be launched along side RECon 2018 \u2013 as MECSC celebrates 25years in the region, we use this book as a platform to showcase the regions most notable achievements.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

The Middle East Council of Shopping Centres will be celebrating 25 silver years of presence in the MENA region this year at RECon 2018, with members from 45 countries worldwide. The book will highlight retailers who are revolutionizing the shopping experience with entertainment, Theme Parks, Water Parks and F&B industry. The countries covered in the book are UAE, Saudi, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.<\/p>\n
