Under the patronage of The Office of His Highness Sheikh Abdulhakim Obaid Suhail Buti Al Maktoum, the fourth edition of the Middle East<\/a> Women Leaders Summit awarded women entrepreneurs and women business thought leaders in the Middle East, aiming to inspire the next generation of female leaders.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s awards ceremony celebrated a remarkable local and regional women entrepreneurs, each recognized for their exceptional contributions to entrepreneurship in various sectors:\u00a0\u00a0Tina Ghafurian, Omorfia Group, \u201cWOMEN ICON OF THE YEAR \u201caward; Halima Jumani, Kibsons International LLC, \u201c \u00a0BEST ORGANIZATION LED BY A WOMAN OR WOMEN\u201d award; Yasmeen Jawahar Ali, E Daddy, \u201cWOMEN LEADERS IN BUSINESS\u201d award; Pelin Omay, VFS Global, \u201cWOMEN OF COURAGE\u201d award; Rajani Nalla, Trusity, \u201cCHAMPIONS OF CHANGE\u201d award; Munira Rahman, Al Haramain Perfumes, \u201cMILLENNIAL LEADER AWARD\u201d award; Lisa Park, Maersk, \u201cBREAKING THE BIAS\u201d award; Dr. Shanila Laiju, Medcare Hospitals and Medical Centers \u201c WOMEN CEO OF THE YEAR\u201d\u00a0\u00a0award; Maersk, \u201cBEST GENDER INCLUSIVE COMPANY\u201d award; Jacqueline Elboghdadi, ADNOC Distribution, \u00a0\u201cVOICE OF THE YEAR\u201d award.<\/p>\n

Dr. Shanila Laiju, Group CEO, Medcare Hospitals and Medical Centers, said: \u201cIt is always a pleasure to receive awards and it comes on behalf of women leadership, women leaders are unstoppable because what I believe truly is women think from their heart and brain, that\u2019s what I keep telling my colleagues as well- you guys must be working with your brains, but we work with our heart and brains and as I told before we are unstoppable, I think there is no full stop to what we can do and everything is possible if you believe in yourself\u201d.<\/p>\n
