Crystal Lagoons<\/a>\u00a0enters the largest country in the\u00a0<\/span>Middle East<\/span>,\u00a0<\/span>Saudi Arabia<\/span>, with a new mega deal to develop real estate, hospitality, and\u00a0<\/span>Public Access Lagoons\u2122<\/a>, also called\u00a0<\/span>PAL\u2122<\/a>, projects. The development plan consists of several luxury complexes, which will be located in coastal and inland cities such as\u00a0<\/span>Riyadh<\/span>, as well as\u00a0<\/span>Jeddah<\/span>,\u00a0<\/span>Dammam<\/span>, Medina, and Khobar.<\/p>\n

The multinational innovation company, founded by scientist\u00a0<\/span>Fernando Fischmann<\/span><\/a>, has partnered with\u00a0<\/span>A’amal Group<\/a>, a major holding company with interests in the investment, hospitality, real estate & energy development across the\u00a0<\/span>Middle East<\/span>,\u00a0<\/span>Asia<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>and\u00a0<\/span>Africa<\/span>. The company’s Founder & CEO\u00a0<\/span>Yassin Al Suroor<\/span>, is also the Founder & CEO of DANA investment, specialized in the digital economy. He is a board member of several regional and international companies, as well as nonprofit global organizations.<\/p>\n

With the new partnership with\u00a0<\/span>A’amal Group<\/a>, Crystal Lagoons consolidate its presence in the\u00a0<\/span>Middle East<\/span>, where it already has ongoing projects in the UAE,\u00a0<\/span>Egypt<\/span>,\u00a0<\/span>Israel<\/span>, Palestine and\u00a0<\/span>Oman<\/span>. In fact, the world’s two largest crystalline lagoons are located in the\u00a0<\/span>Middle East<\/span>:\u00a0<\/span>District One<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>in\u00a0<\/span>Dubai<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>(30 hectares) and\u00a0<\/span>Citystars Sharm El Sheikh<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>in\u00a0<\/span>Egypt<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>(12.8 hectares).<\/p>\n

At the center of these PAL\u2122 developments are large crystalline lagoons suitable for swimming and water sports, surrounded by white sandy beaches, which are open to the public for a fee. The complexes also have commercial areas, restaurants, weddings, hotels, concert venues, terraces, amphitheaters, etc.<\/p>\n
