Hyatt received its highest recognition to date in the region, ranking in at No.5 this year, the only hotel group in the top five and climbingsevenplaces from No.12 in last year\u2019s list.<\/p>\n<p>Ranking are based on the confidential feedback of employees and an audit of management policies and practices. Each entry is judged according to performance in eight key areas: Leadership, wellbeing, giving something back, personal growth, fair deal and how members of staff feel towards their manager, company and team.<\/p>\n<p>The official list was announced during an awards ceremony on 25th April 2018 at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai. Yves Givel the EAME\/SWA Region\u2019s Head of Human Resources, is amindfulness practitioner himself and has been training for the past year to become a certified instructor of the \u2018Search Inside Yourself\u2019 program, a mindful leadership program developed by Google in recent years.
