\u00a0<\/strong>Summertown Interiors<\/a>, the UAE\u2019s leading fit-out contractor specialising in green interiors, has won The Happiness @ Work Award for \u201cBest Workplace Wellness Program\u201dat last week\u2019s award ceremony in Dubai. The accolade recognises Summertown\u2019s efforts in implementing a workplace wellness program that aims to improve both the wellness and wellbeing of its employees.<\/p>\n

The inaugural 2017 Happiness @ Work Awards were judged by an international independent panel that identifies organisations which institute positivism, happiness and a sense of belonging into the workplace. Summertown was recognised for its workplace \u2018Health, Wellness and Wellbeing\u2019 program which is a key pillar of the company\u2019s overarching corporate sustainability strategy.<\/p>\n

Summertown\u2019s 2017 program included regular wellness and wellbeing activities such as yoga sessions, mindfulness workshops and healthy breakfasts. In addition to a healthy and happy workforce, the company has reported an improvement in levels of employee engagement and productivity, which has positively impacted its bottom line.<\/p>\n
