Abu Dhabi-based developer Tamouh Investments has unveiled a unique art piece created in honour of the UAE\u2019s founding father, the late Sheikh Zayed, at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2018.<\/p>\n

Conceived by renowned Emirati artist Ashwaq Abdullah, the work is inspired by the individual \u201cthank you\u201d messages from Emiratis and expatriates posted on social media in 100 languages using Tamouh\u2019s \u201c#ShukranZayed\u201d<\/em> hashtag as part of the \u2018Year of Zayed\u2019 initiative.<\/p>\n

The \u201cShukran Zayed\u201d art<\/em> piece design was officially unveiled by H.H. Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince\u2019s Court, along with Ghanem Al Mansoori, CEO of Tamouh and Miss. Abdullah on the first day of Cityscape Abu Dhabi.<\/p>\n

Visitors at the real estate event, which is taking place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) until April 19, were able to see and interact with the concept design presented as a large 3D render on a wide interactive screen for the first time.<\/p>\n

The involvement of so many people of different nationalities \u201crepresents the international reach that Sheikh Zayed continues to have,\u201d said the artist.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis project is very dear to my heart and I greatly appreciate the opportunity to show my gratitude to the man who achieved so much for his homeland and the world, and who inspired so much of my life,\u201d said Miss. Abdullah.<\/p>\n

The art structure\u2019s chrome and metal surface will allow the future visitors at Reem Downtown to interact with the reflections, shapes and shadows that cover its surface. Three-dimensional Arabic text of Sheikh Zayed’s name were added to the piece to further commemorate the father of the UAE.<\/p>\n

The trending \u201c#ShukranZayed\u201d<\/em> hashtag allowed Emiratis and expatriates to express their gratitude to Sheikh Zayed for helping to lay the foundations of the UAE\u2019s development and promoting the important values of wisdom, respect, sustainability and human development among citizens and residents alike.<\/p>\n

Visitors to Cityscape Abu Dhabi will be able to take part of the \u201cShukran Zayed\u201d<\/em> initiative and leave their personal messages through the interactive platform available at Tamouh\u2019s stand.<\/p>\n
