During its participation in the Dubai International Government Achievement Exhibition, Dubai Land Department (DLD) has highlighted several accomplishments that demonstrate its support of the government’s vision to make Dubai the happiest and smartest city for all citizens, residents and visitors by offering convenient, world-class services.<\/p>\n

During the exhibition, DLD shared its knowledge with other participants, while also informing visitors of the latest local and international achievements it has made to enhance the Emirate\u2019s attractive real estate investment environment and support the sector\u2019s vital contribution to the local economy.<\/p>\n

His Excellency Sultan Butti bin Mejren, Director General of DLD, commented: \u201cIn line with our vision to position Dubai as the world’s premier real estate destination and a byword for innovation, trust and happiness, DLD strives to establish an innovative and sustainable global real estate environment through our smart service, which investors can access at any time and from anywhere in the world.\u201d<\/p>\n

DLD\u2019s platform welcomed a large number of real estate investors, whose inquiries mainly revolved around the use of DLD\u2019s smart applications and services. \u00a0DLD representatives raised awareness among the visitors and provided detailed explanations on how to take advantage of the modern registration and real estate regulation techniques developed by the department.<\/p>\n

His Excellency Judge Abdulqader Mousa, Director of the Rental Disputes Center (RDC) \u2014 the judicial arm of DLD \u2014 confirmed that the center is working to transform its existing systems into smart systems, and that a great deal of development has already been achieved.<\/p>\n

Mousa added: \u201cThe main reason for transforming our existing systems into smart systems is to support the vision of the Government of Dubai by allowing all customers to submit applications through an integrated system that begins with filing a lawsuit and encompasses the ensuring inquiry and verification process before it is filed via the \u2018Smart Judge\u2019 application. Through this system, a judgment can be obtained, indicating the reasons for the loss of the claim and whether there is a completion or a particular proceeding. Thanks to this, we have become an international leader in litigation, reaching advanced stages in the application of modern technologies.\u201d<\/p>\n
