The initial phase of Makers District on Reem Island will soon be an unparalleled urban neighborhood for the millennial mindset and change-makers. The first residential mixed-use community, comprising of 7 towers, “Pixel” will have a built-up area of 85,000 square meters and offer 525 residential units.
