Warner Bros. Pictures\u2019 action thriller “Reminiscence,\u201d from writer\/director\/producer Lisa Joy and starring Hugh Jackman, Rebecca Ferguson and Thandiwe Newton will be released regionally on 19th<\/sup> August.<\/p>\n

In the film, Nick Bannister (Jackman), a private investigator of the mind, navigates the darkly alluring world of the past by helping his clients access lost memories. Living on the fringes of the sunken Miami coast, his life is forever changed when he takes on a new client, Mae (Ferguson). A simple matter of lost and found becomes a dangerous obsession. As Bannister fights to find the truth about Mae’s disappearance, he uncovers a violent conspiracy, and must ultimately answer the question: how far would you go to hold on to the ones you love?<\/p>\n

Alongside Oscar nominee Jackman (“Les Mis\u00e9rables,\u201d \u201cThe Greatest Showman\u201d), Ferguson (upcoming \u201cDune,\u201d the \u201cMission: Impossible\u201d films) and Newton, (“Solo: A Star Wars Story”), the film stars Cliff Curtis (\u201cThe Meg,\u201d \u201cFast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw\u201d), Oscar nominee Marina de Tavira (“Roma”), Daniel Wu (TV’s “Into the Badlands,” “Warcraft”), Mojean Aria (TV’s “See\u201d and \u201cDead Lucky\u201d), Brett Cullen (“Joker\u201d), Natalie Martinez (“The Stand\u201d and “The Fugitive\u201d series), Angela Sarafyan (“Westworld\u201d) and Nico Parker (\u201cDumbo\u201d).<\/p>\n

Joy (“Westworld\u201d) makes her feature film directing debut with \u201cReminiscence\u201d and directs from her own original screenplay. The film is produced by Joy, Jonathan Nolan, Michael De Luca and Aaron Ryder. The executive producers are Athena Wickham, Elishia Holmes and Scott Lumpkin.<\/p>\n

Joy’s creative team includes several of her \u201cWestworld\u201d collaborators, including director of photography Paul Cameron, production designer Howard Cummings, editor Mark Yoshikawa and composer Ramin Djawadi, along with costume designer Jennifer Starzyk (“Bill & Ted Face the Music”).<\/p>\n

Warner Bros. Pictures presents A Kilter Films \/ Michael De Luca \/ Filmnation Production, a Film by Lisa Joy, \u201cReminiscence.\u201d The film will be distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. Pictures releasing in theaters across the region on 19th\u00a0<\/sup>August 2021.<\/p>\n
