Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Kuwait; Dr. Merza Hasan \u2013 Executive Director &amp; Dean of the Board of Executive Directors, World Bank Group;
