{"id":4489,"date":"2018-03-21T08:21:00","date_gmt":"2018-03-21T08:21:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/middleeastevents.com\/blog\/?p=4489"},"modified":"2018-03-21T08:22:10","modified_gmt":"2018-03-21T08:22:10","slug":"gems-education-secures-university-scholarships-worth-over-aed-100-million","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.middleeastevents.com\/blog\/gems-education-secures-university-scholarships-worth-over-aed-100-million\/","title":{"rendered":"Gems Education Secures University Scholarships Worth Over AED 100 Million"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>GEMS Education has reaffirmed its commitment to making quality education accessible for all students throughout their schooling and beyond, by signing agreements with five more colleges and universities that will offer scholarships exclusively to GEMS students, with a total value of over AED 100 million.<\/p>\n<p>The universities participating in the programme are;\u00a0Middlesex University Dubai,\u00a0an internationally renowned university offering top quality UK education in wide variety of academically rigorous undergraduate and postgraduate programmes;\u00a0SP Jain School of Global Management,\u00a0the world-class business school with campuses in Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore and Sydney;\u00a0Skyline University College,\u00a0one of the oldest tertiary education institutes in the UAE; and\u00a0Vision Concepts Aviation Training Institute (VCATI),\u00a0leaders in offering technical courses in the aviation industry; and the\u00a0University of Modern Science (UMS), which is one the top universities in the UAE offering a range of bachelor degrees and courses. This is in addition to the already announced partnership with theCanadian University Dubai.<\/p>\n<p>Further to today&#8217;s announcement, GEMS Education is set to announce a series of agreements with some of the world&#8217;s top universities, including Yale and Harvard in the US and the University of Cambridge in the UK within the coming weeks.<\/p>\n<p>The UniConnect programme was launched in 2017.
