With nearly all businesses turned upside down due to the pandemic and listening to many stories of personal and professional hardship, the time had come to act on his belief of giving back to society through D\u2019NOUR, a business model approach more appropriate for a world in need of greater recognition that we are all connected and reliant upon one another.<\/p>\n All the while Junaid was being supported by the women in his life. Upon recognising this simple fact, he noted that he had always benefitted from women\u2019s support, from his earliest times as a child, in an all-women household when his father was living and working overseas.<\/p>\n Junaid decided to repay their support by \u2018paying it forward\u2019 to others and began searching for a suitable partner to give back through.
