The joint organisers of MRO Middle East &Aircraft Interiors Middle East (AIME), Aviation Week Network\/Informa and Tarsus Group, today announced new dates for the region\u2019s premier Interiors, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaulexhibition, that will now take place from 15th <\/sup>– 16th\u00a0<\/sup>June 2021 at DWTC, Dubai.<\/p>\n

The exhibition, initially planned for March this year, was postponed to take into consideration the health and safety of exhibitors and visitors, as well as travel restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic impacting the international attendees.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe remain committed to the stakeholders, exhibitors and visitors while prioritizing everyone\u2019s wellbeing,\u201d said Tim Hawes, Managing Director of Tarsus Aerospace. \u201cWe have been continually monitoring the developments on travel restrictions from governments around the worldin recent weeks. After very careful consideration of the situation and taking into account invaluable feedback from our exhibitors and stakeholders we believe the decision to move the exhibition is in the best interests of the health and safety of our exhibitors, visitors, contractors and staff.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter a recent hiatus in industry events and the significant impact on the commercial aviation industry from the COVID-19 pandemic, the exhibition will provide an important platform for recovery, allowing for the community to discuss solutions to the new challenges we face, share new industry trends and well as showcase the latest technologies,\u201d said Lydia Janow, Managing Director\/Events at Aviation Week Network.<\/p>\n

By attending MRO Middle East & Aircraft Interiors Middle East, organizations will have the chance to display their latest products and services to airlines, MROs, OEMs, lessors, suppliers and aircraft interior specialists.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith the increased vaccination schedules implemented in key markets and the strength of Dubai\u2019s recovery, we believe that moving the exhibition to June 2021 will allow us to deliver a quality event for everyone,\u201d added Mr Hawes.<\/p>\n

The upcoming editions of MRO Middle East & AIME will host engaging features including access to hours of free show floor content. The 2021 event will include seminars, workshops and product demonstrations along with a pre-arranged meetings program to facilitate connections and networking between visitors and exhibitors. In addition, the Airline Buyers Programme will allow attendees to meet and network with regional and global airlines.<\/p>\n
