The festival will feature a series of exclusive offers on Dubai properties and run throughout IPS 2018, which will take place from 9<sup>th<\/sup> to 11<sup>th<\/sup> April at the Dubai World Trade Centre.<\/p>\n<p>Walid Farghal, Director General of IPS commented: \u201cAccording to the latest figures from DLD, Dubai\u2019s real estate sector is on a promising upward trajectory, and our aim is to support this trend and lend it extra momentum with the International Property Show. IPS is a win-win situation for the entire real estate community and we are confident that it will add significant value to the Emirate\u2019s real estate sector by attracting a fresh wave of new investors to Dubai.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>At the Dubai Property Festival, the real estate community will gather in one place to network and find the very best investment opportunities in Dubai\u2019s property market. Alongside exclusive discounts and promotions from UAE developers, the festival also features a Brokers\u2019 Village, an Investor Lounge, a property auction, workshops and training sessions, and investor roundtables with some of the region\u2019s leading real estate experts.
