adidas is celebrating the launch of the all-new X Ghosted football boot, by collaborating with EA to launch the first FIFA 21 tournament in the GCC. The registration opens on October 18th<\/sup>\u00a0to the public and will allow young amateur players to compete with pro players. Players can register on\u00a0WWW.ADIDASGAMING.ME<\/a>\u00a0in order to participate in this huge,\u00a0one of\u00a0a\u00a0kind\u00a0four\u00a0week tournament which will be kicking off on October 28th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

Amrith Gopinath, Senior\u00a0Marketing\u00a0Director,\u00a0commented, \u201cWith the rise of\u00a0E-Sports\u00a0in the GCC, we have created the first dedicated FIFA 21 tournament in the region so that players can experience the newly launched X-Ghosted boots worn by Mo Salah \u2013 in game! We are excited to share that a tournament of this scale and format has never been done before. We hope to provide a platform for 5000 young players to demonstrate their talents and have the opportunity to play against mega influencers and pro players as part of the\u00a0elite 32!.\u201d<\/p>\n

The tournament will include\u00a0six\u00a0qualifiers running simultaneously\u00a0which, has\u00a0up to 1024 players in each qualifier. The top\u00a0four\u00a0players from each qualifier will advance to the Group Stages (Top 32\u00a0elites). Once the 24 players from the qualifiers advance, they will join 6 leading FIFA Youtubers from the GCC such as\u00a0Nsoo7y<\/a>,\u00a0Mr D0ne<\/a>,\u00a0MiRACLE<\/a>,\u00a0Ultimate Games<\/a>, and\u00a02 pro gamers\u00a0to form the Elite 32.<\/p>\n

Besides the prizes for the winners, registered players and\u00a0participants will have the chance to win prizes worth $15,000 through the live draw. Viewers will also have a chance to\u00a0win signed\u00a0adidas merch\u00a0and prizes every week!<\/p>\n
