The biggest annual choral festival in the region,\u00a0ChoirFest\u00a0Middle East<\/strong>, is thrilled to add Canada’s premiere a cappella voice group,\u00a0Cadence,\u00a0<\/strong>to its calendar of events, with a performance on Saturday 29th<\/sup>\u00a0February at The Fridge in Al Serkal Avenue.<\/p>\n

The region’s choral extravaganza is proud to welcome back Cadence the Toronto based a cappella vocal group, this a cappella ensemble has been wowing audiences across the country and around the world for over 20 years. Wherever they perform, the members of Cadence bring an infectious energy and uncanny verve to every song they sing.\u00a0 The group’s five critically acclaimed studio albums have received several awards, along with 3 JUNO Nominations.<\/p>\n

Their most recent album “Home” released in 2018 is the first ever contemporary a cappella album that consists of 100% Canadian compositions and arrangements. It celebrates the rich and diverse cultural heritage of the country through a wonderfully eclectic musical mosaic providing a rich musical event appropriate for all ages.\u00a0 What they can do with their voices needs to be heard to be believed.<\/p>\n

The sensational vocal a cappella group will also announce the winners of the competing Junior, Middle and Senior category choirs who will perform at Dubai Opera on Saturday 14th<\/sup>\u00a0March.<\/p>\n

ChoirFest Middle East will return to Dubai Opera on Saturday 14th<\/sup>\u00a0March for its 8th<\/sup>\u00a0season, hosting two concerts; ChoirFest Middle East 2020 Gala Concert, and the all new Junior Gala Concert.
