<\/p>\nJA Resorts & Hotels, Dubai-based international hospitality group, has announced William Harley-Fleming will expand his remit as the Cluster General Manager for JA Jebel Ali Golf Resort and JA Manafaru.\u00a0As part of his new role, Harley-Fleming\u00a0will oversee all operational responsibilities and the day-to-day management of both resorts. Furthermore, he will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to build on the current offering and guest experiences at the award-wining JA Jebel Ali Golf Resort. This announcement comes in line with JA Resorts & Hotels future plans to expand on their flagship property’s offerings and further enhance the groups existing portfolio.<\/p>\n
Prior to joining JA Resorts & Hotels, William Harley-Fleming held a number of roles with hospitality companies including, Le\u00a0M\u00e9ridien Hotels & Resorts and Radisson Blu in the United Kingdom and Thailand.\u00a0He joined\u00a0JA Resorts & Hotels in 2007\u00a0as\u00a0Corporate Food and Beverage Concept Director overlooking the\u00a0conceptual development of the food and beverage outlets within the Group.\u00a0Soon, he was promoted to a dual role\u00a0as the\u00a0General Manager of JA Oasis Beach Tower and JA Ocean View Hotel having held the position of Resident Manager of JA Oasis Beach Tower and General Manager of Bateaux Dubai. In 2014, Fleming became the General Manager of JA Manafaru, the brand’s second oversees property.<\/p>\n
