HSBC announced\u00a0that\u00a0its\u00a0flagship LPGA\u00a0event\u00a0will now be called the\u00a0HSBC Women’s World Championship as ticket sales launched today for the eleventh edition of ‘Asia’s Major.’<\/p>\n

The tournament, formerly the HSBC Women’s Champions, will take place from 1-4 March 2018\u00a0on the New\u00a0Tanjong\u00a0Course at\u00a0Sentosa\u00a0Golf Club, Singapore with defending Champion and Olympic Gold Medalist, Inbee Park, heading the field.<\/p>\n

It\u00a0will\u00a0mark the climax of\u00a0a special two-week festival of\u00a0world-class women’s\u00a0golf\u00a0at\u00a0Sentosa,\u00a0which will open\u00a0with\u00a0the first-ever\u00a0instalment of the\u00a0Women’s Amateur Asia-Pacific golf championship,\u00a0a new R&AAsia Pacific Golf Confederation\u00a0event\u00a0played on the same course\u00a0at\u00a0Sentosa\u00a0from 21-24 February 2018.<\/p>\n
