The 11th<\/sup> edition of the International Real Estate and Investment Show (IREIS),<\/a> a leading investment platform and the\u00a0only real estate event in Abu Dhabi that targets investors and consumers rather than trade visitors, is all set to take place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre from October 30, 2019 until November 1, 2019.<\/p>\n

Organized by Dome Exhibitions, the three-day event is expected to bring under one roof regional and international real estate investors, brokers, and developers from the Middle East, Europe, and Asia Pacific to showcase their wide spectrum of property developments alongside an array of immense investment options as well as consultation and financing opportunities.<\/p>\n

IREIS is taking place as the much-awaited Expo 2020 Dubai draws nearer. Expo 2020 has boosted the economic activities in Dubai and the UAE, further driving key local industries such as the real estate sector. After the country won the right to host Expo 2020, local property developments have expanded exponentially in anticipation of the arrival of millions of international visitors and participants. The industry is also expected to sustain its upward trajectory post-Expo 2020.<\/p>\n

Outlook on the real estate segment has also remained upbeat thanks to last year\u2019s approval by the UAE Cabinet of a new system concerning the issuance of long-term residence visas. The move is seen to further attract more foreign investors to the country, which will further fuel the growth of the property industry.<\/p>\n

In conjunction with the IREIS exhibition will be a host of conferences and events highlighting the global real estate market and other investment prospects encompassing the different industries in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.<\/p>\n

The \u2018International Investment Conference 2019\u2019 is one of the high-level associated events taking place simultaneously with IREIS. Renowned experts and academicians, seasoned practitioners and investors, representatives of government bodies and legal entities, and consultants are some of the expected participants who will share their insights and experiences during the gathering. The attendees will specifically underscore various modern investment strategies, prevailing relevant laws and regulations, and the impact of the latest investment trends and developments at the national and global levels.<\/p>\n

In addition, the conference will look into attracting foreign direct investments (FDIs) through confidence building initiatives designed to produce concrete outcomes and achieve higher investment inflows.<\/p>\n

The Expo will offer superior expertise in the complex decision-making process necessary to gain the right citizenship and residency option.<\/p>\n

The \u2018World Free Zone Expo\u2019(WFZE),<\/a> the first of its kind B2C platform in Abu Dhabi, will also take place during IREIS. The event will provide a platform for free zones to engage with onshore and offshore companies as well as business start-ups for future strategic collaborations and cooperation.<\/p>\n

\u2018Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) Conference\u2019 will be staged as well to identify and promote opportunities for growth, partnership, and innovation, with the aim of accelerating the use of capital technologies and talent towards sustainable economic growth.
