{"id":1359,"date":"2017-12-05T08:00:33","date_gmt":"2017-12-05T08:00:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/middleeastevents.com\/blog\/?p=1359"},"modified":"2017-12-05T08:00:33","modified_gmt":"2017-12-05T08:00:33","slug":"ksa-uae-kuwait-and-bahrain-visitors-to-uk-up-6-6-in-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.middleeastevents.com\/blog\/ksa-uae-kuwait-and-bahrain-visitors-to-uk-up-6-6-in-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"KSA, UAE, Kuwait And Bahrain Visitors To UK Up 6.6% In 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Visitors to the UK from KSA, UAE, Kuwait and Bahrain totalled 659,466 in 2016, an increase of 6.6%, amounting to almost 5,000 more visitors than the previous year, according to data released by Arabian Travel Market, (ATM), which is being held at Dubai World Trade Centre from 22-25 April 2018.<\/p>\n<p>The UK welcomed over 350,000 visitors from the UAE; more than 150,000 from KSA; over 100,000 from Kuwait and just under 50,000 from Bahrain, which included nationals as well as expatriate residents.<\/p>\n<p>Simon Press, Senior Exhibition Director, ATM, said: \u201cThe average spent per trip to the UK by visitors from KSA, UAE, Kuwait and Bahrain, per person, ranged from $1,150 to $3,153 in 2016.
