The fully sold-out concert has brought down the curtains on the grand season-opener, with two musical legends who lit the stage with a set of their most popular songs, mixing the foot-tapping present with the authentic past and illustrious for enthusiastic music lovers.<\/p>\n
In her debut concert in Sharjah, Nawal enthralled audiences with refreshing renditions of her greatest hits from her 25-year musical repertoire. With smash hits \u2018Sabbah\u2026Sabbah\u2018 from her latest album \u2018Keddah By\u2019, \u2018Rouhi Ya Rouhi, \u2018Beilbalak\u2018, \u2018Ma Andam Alek\u2019, \u2018Nassini Leeh\u2019, \u2018Eineik Kaddabeen\u2019, and her breakthrough hit \u2018El Layali\u2019, the Arab world\u2019s undisputed queen of pop brought the audience to its feet.<\/p>\n
Nawal saluted the emirate\u2019s audience and thanked the management of Al Majaz Amphitheatre for hosting her for the first time in the emirate.<\/p>\n
Al Muhandis took the evening\u2019s excitement tempo up several notches with one of his biggest hits, \u2018Allah La Yehrimni Mennak\u2019, which made arguably the night\u2019s top sing-alongs. The \u2018Prince of the Arabic Song\u2019 built on this fantastic start as he kept pulling out of his pocket, chart-toppers like \u2018Ana Bleiak\u2019, followed by \u2018Tenadeek\u2019, and \u2018Bedon Asmaa\u2019 one after another.<\/p>\n
The singer mixed themes of romance with latest hits like \u2018Jannah Jannah\u2019; patriotism with \u2018Habibi Min Ahl Baghdad\u2019 and nostalgia, through songs like \u2018Atshan\u2019, \u2018Akh Qalbi\u2019, \u2018Ana Belqowah Nseet\u2019 and \u2018Hodou\u2019, that took his fans through eclectic emotions that can only be invoked by songs.<\/p>\n
Muhandis expressed his gratitude to all his fans for their continued love and support, and thanked the management of the Al Majaz Amphitheatre for offering their prestigious platform to bring Arab artists and their patrons together.<\/p>\n
The Chief Executive Officer of Al Majaz Amphitheatre, HE Tariq Saeed Allay thanked the artists for their outstanding performance and honoured them with Al Majaz Amphitheatre trophies.<\/p>\n
