Ajman Ruler receives Chinese delegation of investors, business people

H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, has received a delegation includes investors, businessmen, merchants, economists and industry specialists from Hunan Province in China, led by He Baoxiang, Hunan Province Deputy-Governor, who was accompanied by Liu Jian, Consul-General of the People's Republic of China in the UAE.
Discussions around means of boosting and developing bilateral co-operation between both sides in the areas of investment, trade and industry took place during the meeting.
H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid was briefed by the delegation on the visit objectives, as part of Hunan Province’s participation in the third Ajman Franchise, Brands and Retail Expo, FBR Ajman. The delegation also aimed to explore investment opportunities in the UAE, in general, and specifically Ajman, which is witnessing remarkable growth in various sectors.
The Ajman Ruler highlighted that the emirate, and the UAE as a whole, has managed to launch investment processes in all fields, opening wider horizons for investors to improve the future outlook of economic and industrial development, as well as provide incentives to attract investors, due to the policy of economic openness that was adopted by the nation, and the promotion of the private sector.
He Baoxiang stated that Hunan Province’s participation in FBR Ajman aims to strengthen and develop commercial economic and industrial relations between Ajman and Hunan, while implementing projects through Chinese investment companies that desire to work in the UAE market, in general, and Ajman, in particular, facilitating the work of UAE investors in Hunan Province.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Majid bin Saeed Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Ruler's Court, Hamad Rashid Al Nuaimi, Director of the Ajman Ruler's Court, Abdullah Al Muwaiji, Chairman of the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and several chamber members and senior officials.
